THE COLONY

Location: Wilmslow, Cheshire

New build offices within the Cheshire greenbelt.

The Colony is a multi use development on a brownfield site in Wilmslow. The buildings are centred around a landscaped courtyard that keep cars to the perimeter of the site while affording views to the surrounding Cheshire countryside.

The material treatment is a play on a Cheshire rural aesthetic inspired by the barns and cottages found in the area.
