The original Overbrook was a bungalow built in the 1970s from a primitive timber framed construction.
Our proposals involved completely stripping the original building back to the timber frame skeleton and starting again.
Elements of the original timber skeleton are visible in the exposed oak spars that project to form the external walkway.
