Hepple Close occupies a position that was previously occupied by a bungalow on a sloping site in Heaton Moor.
Our proposal opened up views to every aspect of the garden with direct access from every room on the ground floor and juliet balconies to the first floor.
The planning committee praised the design approach when awarding permission at the committee meeting.
The mixture of metric brick and burnt timber create a restrained palette that offers a connection to the surrounding site, without mimicking the local aesthetic.
